Raphael MendelsRay is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. He commenced his career in the accountancy profession in 1965, joined what has now become DFK Laurence Varnay in 1977 and became a partner in 1983. Ray's principal areas of expertise are in Taxation and Superannuation. He is a director of DFK Australia New Zealand and a member of the Board and the Executive of DFK International.

Colin A GradyColin is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. He joined the firm in 1984 having spent the previous14 years with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu and became a partner in 1990. Colin is the Audit specialist within DFK Laurence Varnay while simultaneously maintaining a portfolio of Business Services and Taxation clients. The firm's PCAOB registration was recently approved so that audits for US firms can be completed.

Steven HellerSteven is a Fellow of the Australian Society of CPAs. He joined the partnership in 2000 after having practiced as a sole practitioner for a number of years. In addition to Steven being the firm's Information Technology specialist Steven’s conducts a busy practice of Accounting, Taxation and Audit clients.

Terry SlatteryTerry is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. He became a partner of DFK Laurence Varnay in 2004 having previously been a partner in a mid-sized firm and a Director with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. Terry is a Forensic Accounting and Business Valuation specialist and conducts an extensive practice in these areas. In addition he acts as the resident director and local agent of a number of foreign companies which conduct business in Australia and maintains a portfolio of resident tax and accounting clients.

Keisuke (Kei) FujitaKei is from Kyoto, Japan, educated in Japan, and migrated to Australia. Kei joined Deloitte in 1997 as a graduate and was promoted to Account Director, which he held until he left in 2008. He was in control of audits of Japanese clients, including corporations such as Nippon Meat Packers and Mitsubishi Australia. Kei joined the firm in 2011, and a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
