Terry’s specialty is in the valuation of interests in private, closely held businesses and he has provided expert opinion in a wide range of matters including:

  • Valuation assessments on behalf of both potential equity participants and debt providers
  • Valuation of goodwill for taxation purposes consequent upon restructuring of trading and investing entities
  • Assessment of loss of profits in commercial disputes
  • Valuation Assessments in marital disputes
  • Shareholder and partnership disputes
  • The purchase and sale of businesses

Terry is a well recognised expert witness and regularly appears in the Supreme and District Courts of New South Wales and the Family Court of Australia.
